World Bank Threatens “Drastic Steps Necessary” if Nations Refuse Population Reduction Implementation

In its 1984 World Development Report, the World Bank threatens nations who are slow in implementing the Bank’s “population policies” with “drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom.”
The report, literally saturated with dehumanizing proposals, is devoted entirely to the World Bank’s long-term strategies in regards to population control:
“(…) economic policy and performance in the next decade will matter for population growth in the developing countries for several decades beyond; population policy and change in the rest of this century will set the terms for the whole of development strategy in the next.”
To illustrate how serious the World Bank is in achieving the overall strategy objectives on population control, the report does not shy away from outright threats:
“Population policy has a long lead time; other development policies must adapt in the meantime. Inaction today forecloses options tomorrow, in overall development strategy and in future population policy. Worst of all, inaction today could mean that more drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom, will seem necessary tomorrow to slow population growth.”
In the Foreword, then President of the World Bank and 1985 Bilderberg attendee, A.W. Clausen stated:
“(…) although the direct costs of The World Bank programs to reduce population growth are not large, a greater commitment by the international community is sorely needed to assist developing countries in the great challenge of slowing population growth.”
“(…) governments can use incentives and disincentives to signal their policy on family size”, the report continues. “Through incentives, society as a whole compensates those couples willing to forgo the private benefits of an additional child, helping to close the gap between private and social gains to high fertility.”
To give an adequate illustration of the World Bank’s preference for all-out government control over the people, and their intent on meddling in people’s personal decisions, the following quote will suffice (page 107):
“By taxing and spending in ways that provide couples with specific incentives and disincentives to limit their fertility, government policy can also affect fertility in the short run. Government can offer “rewards” for women who defer pregnancy; it can compensate people who undergo sterilization for loss of work and travel costs; and it can provide insurance and old-age security schemes for parents who restrict the size of their families. Each of these public policies works through signals which influence individual and family decisions- when to marry, whether to use contraception, how long to send children to school, and life expectancy, and whether and how much family members work.”

Here’s a news flash for Tel Aviv: it’s not a sign of respect when the bulk of humanity views you as psychopathic.
The concerns of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are misplaced. The legitimacy of Israel is no longer threatened. It’s already lost. Long gone. Kaput.
Nation states are shared states of mind. The mindset in Iceland differs from India. Israel is the most unlike of all. Founded by extremists and terrorists, it’s been downhill ever since.
Psychopaths want to be loved. That’s why they’re so charming, albeit only superficially. They’re also pathological liars, egocentric, callous and remorseless.
Those qualities have long been familiar to Israel’s neighbors, particularly the Palestinians. After WWII, Harry Truman was charmed into treating this extremist enclave as an ally.
That decision may well go down in history as America’s greatest mistake.
Though we’ve served for 62 years as Israel’s patron, pocketbook and apologist, the respect and affection has flowed in only one direction.
Psychopaths should not be confused with megalomaniacs. The mental states are quite different. Megalomaniacs seek to be feared, not loved. Control is the common trait.
That not-so-subtle distinction matters, at least for those of us who are not dual citizens.
For instance, it’s now known that Israel and its advocates fixed the intelligence that took us to war in Iraq. That fact is no longer in dispute.
That fact alone confirms the split personality evident in the shared state of mind we call Israel. Those who share that state charmed us into committing our blood and treasure for goals long sought by Israel. That’s the psychopath component.
The megalomaniac component felt they had a right to make us fearful. As Chosen (by a god of their own choosing), devotees of this shared mindset truly believe it’s their right to deceive. Those complicit see themselves as “of us but above us.”
When we dispatched our military to pursue their goals, Americans were killed and maimed as we borrowed our way into a fiscal morass from which there’s no clear route to recovery.
Score another victory for the U.S.-Israel special relationship.
Why Don’t Americans Get It?
Nothing about this “state” is legit. Never was. Its founding traces to a multi-decade reign of terror built on a phony historical foundation. Even the most dull-witted now question how Israel came into being. And why the U.S. ever deemed it special.
Americans are learning to fear Israel—as they should. A few of us remain charmed—despite the facts. For the True Believer, facts are likely to remain irrelevant.
Those familiar with the facts know better. Thus the fast-growing concern that troublesome behavior patterns are emerging once again.
Those most knowledgeable are deeply concerned about recent events.
On August 26th, a leaked memo from the Central Intelligence Agency cited American Jews as exporters of terrorism. Then came the news on August 30th from Sephardi chief Rabbi Ovadia Yosef who urged that Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas “vanish from our world” and that “God strike (Palestinians) down with a plague.”
Disgraced policeman caught on CCTV assaulting soldier during arrest is jailed for three years
A special constable who assaulted an off-duty soldier while arresting him has been jailed for three years.
Peter Lightfoot, 40, gave Lance Corporal Mark Aspinall ‘a good beating’ outside a bar then deliberately lied in court in a bid to cover up his actions.
The incident was caught on CCTV, which showed Lightfoot pushing the drunken soldier’s head to the ground, rubbing his face in the tarmac and hitting him with his police helmet.

The father of two then claimed Mr Aspinall, 24, had struggled violently while being arrested by him and two other officers after being thrown out of the Australian Walkabout bar for being drunk in the early hours of July 27, 2008.
Mr Aspinall, who was then serving with the Royal Mechanical engineers, was convicted of two counts of assaulting a police officer after Lightfoot stuck to his false story. But this was later quashed on appeal when the CCTV footage was played to the court.

How to Kill Goyim and Influence People: Israeli Rabbis Defend Book’s Shocking Religious Defense of Killing Non-Jews
A rabbinical guidebook for killing non-Jews has sparked an uproar in Israel and exposed the power a bunch of genocidal theocrats wield over the government.
When I went into the Jewish religious book emporium, Pomeranz, in central Jerusalem to inquire about the availability of a book called Torat Ha’Melech, or the King’s Torah, a commotion immediately ensued. “Are you sure you want it?” the owner, M. Pomeranz, asked me half-jokingly. “The Shabak [Israel's internal security service] is going to want a word with you if you do.” As customers stopped browsing and began to stare in my direction, Pomeranz pointed to a security camera affixed to a wall. “See that?” he told me. “It goes straight to the Shabak!”
As soon as it was published late last year, Torat Ha’Melech sparked a national uproar. The controversy began when an Israeli tabloid panned the book’s contents as “230 pages on the laws concerning the killing of non-Jews, a kind of guidebook for anyone who ponders the question of if and when it is permissible to take the life of a non-Jew.” According to the book’s author, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, “Non-Jews are “uncompassionate by nature” and should be killed in order to “curb their evil inclinations.” “If we kill a gentile who has has violated one of the seven commandments… there is nothing wrong with the murder,” Shapira insisted. Citing Jewish law as his source (or at least a very selective interpretation of it) he declared: “There is justification for killing babies if it is clear that they will grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.”
In January, Shapira was briefly detained by the Israeli police, while two leading rabbis who endorsed the book, Dov Lior and Yaakov Yosef, were summoned to interrogations by the Shabak. However, the rabbis refused to appear at the interrogations, essentially thumbing their noses at the state and its laws. And the government did nothing. The episode raised grave questions about the willingness of the Israeli government to confront the ferociously racist swathe of the country’s rabbinate. “Something like this has never happened before, even though it seems as if everything possible has already happened,” Israeli commentator Yossi Sarid remarked with astonishment. “Two rabbis [were] summoned to a police investigation, and announc[ed] that they will not go. Even settlers are kind enough to turn up.”
In response to the rabbis’ public rebuke of the state’s legal system, the Israeli Attorney General and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu kept silent. Indeed, since the publication of Torat Ha’Melech, Netanyahu has strenuously avoided criticizing its contents or the author’s leading supporters. Like so many prime ministers before him, he has been cowed into submission by Israel’s religious nationalist community. But Netanyahu appears to be particularly impotent. His weakness stems from the fact that the religious nationalist right figures prominently in his governing coalition and comprises a substantial portion of his political base. For Netanyahu, a confrontation with the rabid rabbis could amount to political suicide, or could force him into an alliance with centrist forces who do not share his commitment to the settlement enterprise in the West Bank.
On August 18, a pantheon of Israel’s top fundamentalist rabbis flaunted their political power during an ad hoc congress they convened at Jerusalem’s Ramada Renaissance hotel. Before an audience of 250 supporters including the far-right Israeli Knesset member Michael Ben-Ari, the rabbis declared in the name of the Holy Torah that would not submit to any attempt by the government to regulate their political activities — even and especially if those activities included inciting terrorist attacks against non-Jews. As one wizened rabbi after another rose up to inveigh against the government’s investigation of Torat Ha’Melech until his voice grew hoarse, the gathering degenerated into calls for murdering not just non-Jews, but secular Jews as well.

Explosion on Mariner Energy oil rig in Gulf of Mexico
An explosion has torn through an offshore oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico, west of the site of the blast in April that caused a huge oil spill.
The blast, which threw 13 people into the water, was reported by a helicopter company at 0930 local time (1330 GMT).
The platform, which caught fire, was not producing oil or gas, the Department of Homeland Security said.
The blast occurred around 130km (80 miles) south of Vermilion Bay along the central Louisiana coast.
Helicopters, boats and aircraft were sent to the site.
Immersion suits
All 13 workers who fell into the Gulf are accounted for and have been transported to another platform by an oil support vessel, the Coast Guard said. One person is reportedly injured.
The platform is owned by Mariner Energy and is located off the Louisiana coast
Before being rescued by the support boats, all 13 workers were given special immersion suits to protect them from the water, said Coast Guard chief petty officer John Edwards.
The federal government was prepared to respond to the situation if there had been reports of pollution, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said.

Australia, Finland, and Sweden have all either banned flu vaccines outright or opened investigations into their dangers. Why is the United States still pushing vaccines that have been linked to seizures, instant death, low IQ, and side effects that slowly kill you? The CDC has constantly followed the World Health Organizations guidelines, guidelines that were passed by control freaks who openly call for depopulation.

Police Kill Hostage Taker Who Besieged Discovery Channel
After a daylong standoff, authorities shot and killed an armed man wearing an explosive device who had taken three hostages at the Discovery Channel’s headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, just outside the District of Columbia.
Most of the hundreds of employees, including children at an on-site daycare center, had already been evacuated, police said. The station was airing its normal broadcast. The three hostages were safe and out of the building, the police said.
The 43-year-old suspect, James Lee, was killed by a police officer inside the building when he pointed a handgun at one of the hostages, said Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger. He said the explosive device “appeared to go off” when the gunman was shot inside the building. Police were combing the building in belief they might find other explosive devices, he said.
“He pulled out the handgun he came in with and pointed it at one of the hostages,” Manger said. “But at that point, our tactical unit moved in. They shot the suspect. The suspect is deceased.”
According to a message on the savetheplanetprotest.com website believed run by Lee, the suspect demanded that the Discovery Channel broadcast its “commitment to save the planet.”
Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. EU probes swine flu shot on narcolepsy fears
The European Medicines Agency said Friday it was probing whether there is a link between the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine and the sleeping disorder narcolepsy amid concerns in Finland and Sweden.

“A limited number of cases was reported, all collected through spontaneous reporting systems, mainly in Sweden and Finland,” the London-based agency added in a statement.
Finland’s National Institute for Health and Welfare on Tuesday recommended halting the use of Pandemrix until a probe into a possible link to narcolepsy among children is concluded.
Last week, neighbouring Sweden’s Medical Products Agency also opened an inquiry into the Pandemrix vaccine following reports of young people having developed symptoms consistent with narcolepsy after getting their shot. Narcolepsy is a condition in which sufferers suddenly fall into a deep sleep.
“Its precise cause is unknown, but it is generally considered to be triggered by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, including infections,” the EMA said.
It added that Pandemrix — produced by British pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline — has been used since September 2009 for vaccination against H1N1 influenza for at least 30.8 million Europeans.

The article tells us that because we’re all living longer that the cases of Alzheimer’s will increase by over 220%. How is this going to happen? There’s no reason given here.
But of course there is no mention of factors linked to Alzheimer’s such as aluminium. Aluminium is a neurotoxin, one of many in our personal environments in items such as cooking pans. This being the case, why are aluminium cooking pans still on the market?
And then of course we come to the ‘conspiratorial’ aspect of chemtrails and aluminium. This has been well documented and is perhaps one of the primal reasons for spraying us with these elements, not only to increase Alzheimer’s, but also other debilitating diseases.
People need to understand that the Rockefeller family have been and are still responsible for horrendous crimes against humanity over the years which have gone completely unpunished.
These sadistic inbred criminals are not benevolent by any means. Benevolent people do not fund its enemy’s armies as is the case with the Rockefeller company Standard Oil which supplied Hitler’s war machine killing American soldiers in the process.
The Irish Times is simply a peddler of lies and distortion of fact on many issues and this article is no different.
Is this an attempt to deify the likes of the Rockefeller family in the eyes of moronic readers of this muck who will never look into the history of these disgusting people so that we’ll go along with any ‘solution’ they come up with on other issues somewhere down the line?

Guido has ascertained confirmation that for at least one night during the general election campaign the Foreign Secretary shared a hotel room with his then driver Christopher Myers, whom he has now appointed as his Special Adviser on the Civil Service payroll. Other campaign staffers stayed in separate more modest hotels and sources suggest that this was not a one off instance. Guido believes it to be the case that it would be usual for the bill for the room – which was settled by Hague personally – to be reimbursed via the Conservative Party’s election campaign expenses. One witness told Guido that the room sharing couple’s body language at breakfast was eye opening.
It is surely inappropriate for someone of William Hague’s status to be sharing a night in a hotel room with his driver – you only have to consider how absurd it would be if his driver were female to see it is completely bizarre even if there were two beds. The appointment of Hague’s former driver to his private office is controversial because 25-year old Myers has no expertise for the job, no relevant experience and his only qualification for the position is his closeness to the Foreign Secretary.
Eyebrows were raised at CCHQ when William Littlejohn, Hague’s well connected and respected press officer for the last two years, was passed over in favour of Myers – who is currently in hiding from the press. Littlejohn was left effectively jobless after the election until Andy Coulson found him a job with Caroline Spelman. You couldn’t make it up…
Two national Sunday papers have the evidence but, despite journalists putting considerable resources into the story, their editors are reluctant to pursue it. Perhaps because in the words of the song,”no one knows what goes on behind closed doors”…

Aspartame Awareness Weekend – What You Can Do

For 30 years, aspartame (AminoSweet, Equal, NutraSweet, Spoonful, Canderel, E951, Benevia, etc.) has caused sickness and death in 100 countries.
In the beginning, the FDA tried to get G. D. Searle indicted for submitting fraudulent studies that did everything from filtering out the neoplasms to excising brain tumors, and putting dead rats back in the study and resurrected them on paper. This failed because the lawyers for the manufacturer hired the two federal prosecutors.
Next the FDA Board of Inquiry revoked the petition for aspartame approval. Don Rumsfeld, CEO of the manufacturer, G. D. Searle Co. called in his political markers to get aspartame on the market anyway. Rumsfeld was close to Ronald Reagan and the night after his inauguration Reagan had upright FDA Commissioner, Jere Goyan, fired. Then he appointed Arthur Hull Hayes as FDA Commissioner.
Hayes over-ruled the Board of Inquiry and let slip the hounds of disease, disability and death on an unwarned innocent world population.
Immediately, the devastations began: MS symptoms, lupus, loss of vision, brain tumors, migraines, confusions and a rampage of ADD, ADHD, autism, birth defects and psychiatric problems. Diabetics complained of blood sugar being out of control, confusion and convulsions. In 1985, Monsanto bought G. D. Searle. Senator Howard Metzenbaum called for congressional hearings, which Senator Orin Hatch fought to prevent. Finally, there were hearings in 1985 & 1987. Hatch took money from Monsanto, and Metzenbaum’s bill which would have put a moratorium on aspartame until NIH did independent studies died in committee.

H. J. Roberts, M.D., in a 1990 press conference warned: “I think it would be a tragedy if this issue is ignored since we could be inviting disastrous medical, psychological and neurological problems. I hope I’m wrong. But let’s look at the problem NOW instead of in five or 10 years when we might be having a medical plague on our hands.”

This would have been avoided had they listened to Dr. Roberts, He should be nominated for the Nobel Prize, not only for trying to prevent this epidemic but for writing the medical text that would teach other physicians and the public where so much sickness, drug interaction and death originated, and the mechanism by which aspartame causes such horrendous disease. No drug is safe for someone consuming this poison because it damages the mitochondria interacting with drugs and vaccines. Aspartame is also an adjuvant, immune stimulator, causing the same reactions as other adjuvants cause like Squalene: ALS, MS, lupus, autism and other horrors.
For Aspartame Awareness Weekend we want to concentrate on the diabetic because aspartame has magnified this epidemic. Dr. Roberts, a diabetic specialist, in the medical text states that aspartame not only precipitate diabetes, but it simulates and aggravates diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy, destroys the optic nerve, causes diabetics to go into convulsions, and interacts with insulin. The free methyl alcohol aspartame releases causes diabetics to lose their limbs.

Winnipeg’s elite was doing damage control Wednesday after a formal complaint against Lori Douglas, Associate Chief Justice of Manitoba in charge of Family Law.
Alex Chapman, a Trinidadian immigrant, complained that in 2002, Douglas’ husband Jack King pressured him to engage in depraved sexual acts with his wife.
King was acting as Chapman’s family lawyer at the time. Both King and Douglas were partners in an elite Winnipeg law firm.
King introduced Chapman to the web site, Darkcavern.com devoted to Black men torturing and raping white women. The site featured about 30 naked photos of Lori Douglas in various forms of bondage, in chains, with sex toys, and performing oral sex.
“I wanted to puke,” Chapman said. “The pictures were disgusting. I couldn’t believe my lawyer was doing this to me.”
“It made me sick to my stomach, like I’m living in a country with no integrity,” said Chapman.
It makes sense that perverts preside over a justice system that persecutes men and wrecks families.
According to CBC News, it wasn’t the first time King sought out a Black man to have sex with his wife. An ad on the Darkcavern site shows nude photos of Douglas and seeks “smooth black male or Mexican” to join the couple during a trip to Cancun in Feb. 2002.
The ad specifies that the man is wanted “to seduce her with an intent of getting her enmeshed in the submissive, multi-partner, interracial sex scene.”
“Husband will help and facilitate,” it goes on to say.
Douglas’ lawyer and many apologists argue disingenuously that she was unaware of her husband’s solicitations. This is unlikely since she appeared on the web site, and met Chapman many times for lunch. Her husband emailed Chapman: “I think she certainly likes you..what do you think of the pics?” (Winnipeg Sun, p.3)
Chapman said it felt “like a first date.”
Chapman kept silent until his legal business with King was finished. Then he hired another lawyer and took his complaint to King’s law firm.
Chapman was paid $25,000 to sign a confidentiality agreement and King left the firm. However Douglas who was also a partner in the same firm, did not resign. She became a judge in 2005.
Chapman says he broke the agreement because he fears new legal business may be compromised, and because of his sense of justice.
“She should not be a judge. She has no integrity at all. She was a partner in the law firm.”
Ironically, Douglas is a member of the Canadian Judicial Council, to whom the complaint is addressed. Only an Act of Parliament can remove Douglas, who is a federally-appointed judge.

World must prepare for Iran military option: Blair

Former British premier Tony Blair warned in an interview on Wednesday that the international community may have ‘no alternative’ to taking military action against Iran if it develops a nuclear weapon.
“I am saying that I think it is wholly unacceptable for 
Iran to have a nuclear weapons capability and I think we have got to be prepared to confront them, if necessary militarily,” he said in extracts pre-released by the BBC from an interview to publicise his memoirs.
“I think there is no alternative to that if they continue to develop nuclear weapons. They need to get that message loud and clear.” Blair expanded on the point in his book, which is being published Wednesday, saying that while a nuclear-armed Iran would pose a threat to the West, the real danger would come with its ability to boost Islamic extremism.
“Let us be frank: Iran is a far more immediate threat to its Arab neighbours than it is to America” or Britain, he wrote in the memoir, which recounts his experiences during his decade as prime minister from 1997 to 2007. “That’s why Iran matters. Iran with a nuclear bomb would mean others in the region acquiring the same capability; it would dramatically alter the balance of power in the region, but also within Islam.”
Western powers and Israel accuse Iran of trying to build a nuclear arsenal. Iran, which on Saturday began loading fuel into its Russian-built first nuclear power plant, denies the allegations, saying its programme is for civil energy purposes only. afp
