The director-general of the BBC has been accused of risking the corporation’s editorial independence after it emerged that he attended a private Downing Street meeting to discuss coverage of Government spending cuts.

Mark Thompson met with one of Mr Cameron’s most senior aides to discuss offering senior Government figures prominent exposure on BBC channels in the coming weeks.

The director-general also disclosed plans for the corporation’s forthcoming “spending review season” amid growing fears among Mr Cameron’s aides that the BBC will portray forthcoming spending cuts in a negative light.

The unusual private meeting appears to have been Mr Thompson’s latest attempt to assure senior Conservative figures that the BBC is not biased against the Government. It is understood that he had no similar meetings about editorial content with Gordon Brown or his officials.

The secret meeting took place amid growing Government indications that the BBC licence fee should be reduced. Against this background, Mr Thompson may face accusations that he was unwise to discuss editorial content – a task normally left to more junior figures or reporters.

Senior Conservative Cabinet ministers are privately furious at the alleged bias of the BBC when reporting the Coalition’s public spending plans.

However, details of the secret meeting will spark allegations that the BBC is seeking to “cosy up” to Mr Cameron in an attempt to avoid the swingeing cuts facing the rest of the public sector.

Michael Dugher, a Labour MP who was previously Mr Brown’s communications adviser, said: “The BBC should be standing up for its independence and should not be bullied by Cameron’s aides with the threat of cutbacks

“The BBC gave Labour a hard time when we were in Government and it is well within its rights to continue with the Tories.”

Rod Liddle, former editor of the Today programme, said: “The BBC does have meetings with the Government but they should be pretty broad brush. You wouldn’t expect the director-general to be discussing particular programmes.

“If you were the editor or the chief political correspondent on these programmes you would be a little worried about this. It didn’t happen when I was there – it definitely wasn’t like that under Greg Dyke.

Israeli military says soldier is accused of stealing from the Mavi Marmara after it was towed to an Israeli port

The Israeli military said in a statement that the soldier was accused of stealing equipment from the Mavi Marmara after it was towed to an Israeli port. The statement, released late yesterday, said the soldier’s actions “directly contradict the Israeli military’s moral standards”.

Nine Turkish pro-Palestinian activists were killed when commandos opened fire on the ship. Both sides say they acted in self-defence.

The raid provoked an outcry and forced Israel to ease its blockade of Gaza, aimed at weakening Gaza’s Hamas rulers and preventing the shipment of weapons.

Dangers: Formula milk has been found to contain dangerous metals, which may cause problems in later life

Formula baby milk can contain 40 times more aluminium than breast milk, potentially causing health problems in later life, claim researchers.

Traces of the metal in milk from some of the UK’s leading products were found to be much higher than is legally allowed in water, according to scientists.

One formula made by Cow & Gate – specifically marketed for premature babies – had the highest level of all, with more than 800 micrograms per litre.

European law states water can contain no more than 200 micrograms of aluminium per litre. Chemist Dr Chris Exley, who led the study at Keele University, Staffordshire, said: ‘We’ve known about the high aluminium content in infant formula for many years and there is evidence to show it is potentially quite dangerous.

‘It has been linked to neurological diseases and bone defects in later life and there are even links with dementia.

‘Everyone has aluminium in their bodies but infants are especially prone to absorbing it and are not so good at getting rid of it.’

But he stressed: ‘It is not the case that a child is not going to drop down dead if they drink it.’ Manufacturers say they do not add aluminium to their products, but many formulas are often packaged in aluminium foil.

It also occurs naturally in soya plants due to the acidic soil they are grown in, so experts advise soya milk formulas should be used only on the advice of a GP.

The Food Standards Agency does not provide a ‘safe’ limit for aluminium in formula milk, but Dr Exley wants

When you talk about British Petroleum you have to talk about the Bride of Dracula, the original noxious, bat cave, the Queen of England, also the head of the Black Nobility; or close enough. My favorite picture of this slithering reptile is when she goes around on Christmas Day or New Years and dispenses season’s greetings to the junkies and homeless on the street. After a heartfelt, “Merry Christmas!” and a brisk handshake, it’s on to the next affair of state, which usually involves a senior cabinet member porking his chauffeur.

When you talk about British Petroleum, you also have to talk about the true vampire elite, The Rothschilds. They employ the Chinese Boxes style of accounting and operations fronting. I remember that photo of Warren Buffet, the mere piker of an investment entrepreneur from America, standing with Schwarzenegger and Jacob Rothschild prior to his investiture as Governor of California.

Not a day goes by when I don’t hear about British Petroleum doing something they are not supposed to do, denying it, being caught at it and… not a damn thing being done. They continue to pour Corexit into The Gulf at night, to keep the oil from the surface, or whatever the intricacies are, in order to avoid having to pay for their evil actions, which will inevitably lead to the deaths of thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands; who knows?

All during the catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico, private security and public police forces, were employed by British Petroleum, to keep American citizens off of their own property on behalf of a foreign multi-national. They were threatened with jail and fines based on no existing laws that I know of besides the, “I have a gun and you don’t” law, which is a little like the Texas, “sumbitch needed killing law” but not really.

That jumped up pimp in the White House has been crying out behind the rodgering extended by BP to give it to him, “harder, faster and deeper”, in simulation of BP’s actual intentions and activities in The Gulf of Mexico, which seems to have resulted in at least one piece of good news. It might have affected a planned attack on Iran; delayed it more likely.

The control of the corporations is now official; it became official when the Supreme Court declared that it was perfectly legal for them to purchase the presidency or any other political office they desired. It became even more official when BP demanded that the American Government, sworn into office to represent the best interests of the citizens, immediately represent the interests of a pack of nationless scoundrels and get out there and lie like a Southern Baptist preacher about swimming safety; tasty and nutritious fish, cool healing rains and a chick at your door with a bag of pot. I think I got that last homily wrong. It might not even be a homily.

They said you should be catching and eating that fish because the government guarantees that its Long John Silver approved, except if anything goes wrong it’s your fault. People are finding chemicals in their swimming pools that are doing things to their skin. How did it get into their swimming pools? The same way it’s getting everywhere else. There’s no mention in the Zionist owned media about the terrible conditions that are manifesting down on the bayou because they are in the same club with The Rothschilds and the Queen and all the rest of the vicious, bloodthirsty pirates who run most of the show or… for the moment, as far as they know.

I want British Petroleum destroyed. I want it broken up into pieces and parceled out and sold and every dime sent in the direction of their victims. I want a tornado to pick up a house in Kansas or Kensington and drop it on the head of the Queen of England, while she’s wearing one of her stupid hats. I want a wooden stake driven through the heart of every Rothschild on the planet and I want to see the smoke curl, while the body bursts into flames and the jaw cracks open and the darkness screams from the mouth, as it rises above the stinking corpse and carries whatever residue is masquerading as a soul right down to the lowest bowels of Hell. I want all those blood stained clowns that assisted in this affair turned over to a howling mob of enraged fisher folk so that they can be used for bait or to chum the waters of the Gulf in case there are any fish left that want a piece of the action.

On behalf of this I am offering a visualization which should be directed at British Petroleum. You start with a BP logo and you imagine that it is the vibrational matrix of the physical integrity that holds the company together. You imagine the entire logo to be composed of something like ping pong balls held together by the magnetic glue of unbridled greed and you imagine the power of the collective Love of decent people, melting that glue with a sound like bacon frying on a griddle. The ping pong balls separate, burst into flames and the logo breaks apart as you directly see that all the physical assets of the company are breaking apart as well, except for those critical features that, by some serendipitous accident, actually protect well heads and so on and so forth. You see huge mountains of cash burning like an enormous garbage dump outside of Manila. You see this as the assets of BP and you keep saying all through it all, “BP is finished. BP is destroyed. Make it happen. Make it real. Make it happen right now, right here.”

Next you move on to the Queen of England and The Rothschilds, lined up like sardines in a can and you imagine the main demons of Hell reaching up from the ground, with hands of fire and pulling them down into the pit. You see them reaching out in all directions and grabbing their accomplices as they go. These accomplices grab other accomplices and you see the whole connected train of them being sucked down into the darkness of their own being, which is the original basis of Hell, as a self created destiny forged from individual acts. You affirm in your certain knowledge that this is an inescapable reality and you applaud and confirm it as the will of the universe, acting on the behalf of all life contained within it.

If this doesn’t work for you because you are some kind of a weak sister who thinks that Love has thin arms and might have the vapors at any moment, after which it falls into Fabio’s arms on the cover of a romance novel, then I want you to think of those sea creatures covered in that black death; turtles, dolphins, pelicans, manatees, all manner of birds and fishes and common working people, who are dying as you read this and being told it’s not because of BP and that it is certainly their own damn fault for coincidentally catching something that is, no doubt due to their being stupid enough to believe anything they are told. I want you to think of the compounds created by benzene, Corexit, methane and all the rest and understand that this was all brought about for the single purpose of hiding the extent of the crime, while having no concern at all for the collateral damage made a thousand times worse, because these evil beings were trying to shave dollars off of what they might be compelled to pay.

If a few hundred or several thousand of us try to remember to do this every day, when it is noon and six PM in New York City, I am pretty sure they are going to be feeling it. This is why the police attacked the people who were attempting to hold hands and encircle the Pentagon in order to levitate it. The one mind is all powerful. Physicists have already proven that the universe is thought born. Don’t think they don’t know about this kind of thing. They have people practicing it on you at all times. Remember to visualize a mirror alongside your head that reflects back everything the governments and black ops from any location or dimension are radiating out on any given day. That mirror sends their focused vibrations back at them. You make that automatic and autonomously operative.

Let each of us affirm that BP has the corporate form of bone cancer and that it is 100% terminal. Let’s accept it as a reality that is seeking its own end, even faster than we are. Let us accept it, as if it were one of our own hands in front of our face that everyone involved in this unspeakable crime against humanity and Nature, are inexorably and with all possible speed, being confronted with and punished for their crimes. Close your imaging with a sense of clean sea air and calm optimism; frolicking laughing dolphins and sea birds aloft in a cloudless azure sky, which you just realized you haven’t seen in a long time and shake your head and say, “Something dark and evil isn’t here any more. I can feel it”. Believe it. Know it. Let it go and do its work, secure in knowing it’s done.

  The term medical marijuana took on dramatic new meaning in February 2000 when researchers in Madrid announced they had destroyed incurable brain cancer tumors in rats by injecting them with THC, the active ingredient in cannabis.

  The Madrid study marks only the second time that THC has been administered to tumor-bearing animals; the first was a Virginia investigation 26 years ago. In both studies, the THC shrank or destroyed tumors in a majority of the test subjects.

  Most Americans don’t know anything about the Madrid discovery. Virtually no U.S. newspapers carried the story, which ran only once on the AP and UPI news wires, on Feb. 29.

  The ominous part is that this isn’t the first time scientists have discovered that THC shrinks tumors. In 1974 researchers at the Medical College of Virginia, who had been funded by the National Institute of Health to find evidence that marijuana damages the immune system, found instead that THC slowed the growth of three kinds of cancer in mice — lung and breast cancer, and a virus-induced leukemia.

  The DEA quickly shut down the Virginia study and all further cannabis/tumor research, according to Jack Herer, who reports on the events in his book, “The Emperor Wears No Clothes“. In 1976 President Gerald Ford put an end to all public cannabis research and granted exclusive research rights to major pharmaceutical companies, who set out — unsuccessfully — to develop synthetic forms of THC that would deliver all the medical benefits without the “high.”

In Ireland, apparently, a story only qualifies as a ’Vaccine Scandal’ if it relates to a ‘trial’ vaccine, preferably from 40-50 years ago, and the words ’vaccine’ and ‘injury’ are not associated in any way.

Last weekend saw saturation coverage on a ‘Child Vaccine Scandal’  from the early 1960′s involving vaccine trials carried out without parental consent in Irish church-run children’s homes.
The Irish Independent  ran three articles over four days (here, here, and here).
The Irish Times also ran two frontpage pieces on the same weekend (here and here).

The articles were triggered by the revelation that a number of victims, who now live in the US, are preparing a class action suit in the US courts (against the Pharma company responsible for the drug trials) because repeated attempts to seek justice in Ireland have failed.

Such headlines might seem to signify a new willingness on the part of the Irish Media to investigate stories of vaccine damaged Irish children, but in reality these articles are framed in terms of a religious-order-child-abuse context and do not involve proven cases of vaccine injury. The Irish Times qualifies it’s reporting on this latest scandal, stating  ” It is understood that none of the children who were given the experimental vaccine were damaged by it”.

The main Irish media organs are notoriously averse to reporting on the unsavory history of catastrophic injury and death from mass vaccination in Ireland .  Apparently, based on this latest example, a story only qualifies as a ’Vaccine Scandal’ if it relates to a ‘trial’ vaccine, preferably from 40-50 years ago, and the words ’vaccine’ and ‘injury’ are not associated in any way.
Thus, there have been no media-declared vaccine scandals in recent memory (in spite of the recent Irish swine flu mass vaccination program using a vaccine laced with Squalene & Mercury ).

The Beatle’s John Lennon was born on Oct 9 1940 and murdered forty years later on Dec 8 1980. His killer, Mark Chapman was caught, tried and sentenced to twenty years to life in prison – a sentence that he is still serving. So much is history but it might not be the whole story.

At a big London railway station in the spring of 1970, a plastic carrier bag was found in the regular search for bombs before the station closed for the night. The contents were an odd assortment of letters and photos, which seemed to have been taken at kinky party attended by some well-known figures in entertainment. One in particular showed a pop singer who masquerades under a Christian persona; dressed in women’s underwear he was pictured with young boys.

The bag was duly taken to the station office and as a senior rail worker wrote out a report for the lost property office, two MI5 men and a special branch officer arrived and demanded the photos. They claimed that the pop singer was being blackmailed over them: the object being to coerce him into promoting socialism and homosexuality in Britain for the Soviet KGB.

The pop singer in question had even threatened to commit suicide if the photos were released.

However MI5 passed one particular letter from the bag to the tax authorities, because it seemed to indicate that the three brothers who had a virtual monopoly over Britain’s entertainment industry were short-changing the taxman.

The brothers – Bernard Delfont, Lew Grade, and Leslie Grade (Winogradsky) – had a stranglehold over stage and screen appearances in Britain and gave preference to Jewish stars and promoters. Such were the amounts involved that fellow Jews the Kray twins were asked to launder much of the money in clubs and fixed boxing matches, gambling and other dubious enterprises.

Meanwhile the Krays themselves had high-level protection from inside the police, which bought them immunity for a while with bribery and funny handshakes.

Another ‘entertainer’ connected to the underworld was comedian Bud Flanagan of the Crazy Gang. He was not actually an Irishman at all, but a Polish Jew named Reuben Weintrop, codenamed ‘Whisky’ who had told

the authorities all about London’s East End criminal networks before World War II. This information had been filed in the ‘take no action’ category but suddenly reappeared and made jaws drop with its accuracy.

Mail surveillance of music promoters Brian Epstein and Joe Meeks revealed that the company Epstein had set up with Nat Weiss to promote the Beatles in the States – marketing everything from Beatles chewing gum and comics to bathroom mats, towels and wallpaper – was taking a phenomenal 90% of the profits while the Beatles took just 10%.

All things relative and the timing of things shouldn’t go un-noticed.  Some things just can’t be dismissed as coincidence because not everyone was born yesterday – some were born the day before…

On August 28th, an almost overlooked article by Karen Shideler of  The Wichita Eagle was caught by one of our fellow activists and forwarded to me, covering a meeting by the Visioneering Health Alliance, here in Wichita.  Consisting of about a hundred members chiming in on issues such as, “…obesity and diabetes, mental health, oral health, and health disparities”, near its conclusion the author quotes a number of participants seeking a renewed call for fluoridating (i.e. sedating) the citizens of Wichita under the guise of oral health.

‘Instant Recess’ Among Ideas for Healthy City

~ “Participants ran out of time before they could share ideas about improving oral health, but not before the issue of fluoridation came up. It has been contentious in the past.  Wichita is the only city of its size to not fluoridate its water”, leaders and participants noted, and H. David Wilson, dean of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, turned to City Council member Janet Miller to ask why. “The votes to do so aren’t there”, she said.

This immediately follows our recent anti-fluoride posters blitz throughout the area, and subsequent reaction from our city’s Water Director and other public servants.

Dr. Wilson could be among the next ones we choose to call-out out in public, among other members of the Visioneering Health Alliance and Wichita City Council – if they choose to persist.

To his credit, it’s uncertain from his quote on whether or not he advocates the deliberate poisoning of our water (like so many other cities in our state already are), or simply inquiring as to why it’s not being done here – with the familiar gang mentality of, “Well, if everyone else is doing it, why aren’t we?”

Sheep in Human Clothing: Scientists Reveal Our Flock Mentality

A recent article on Infowars by Ryan Banister entitled, “Fluoride is a Poison” cites an as example of such flock mentality in San Jose, California, whose public-servants are making the same argument:

“The group’s chief argument is that San Jose, California is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the nation to not have a fluoridated water supply. There is a false dilemma here in saying that somehow because many other metropolitan cities have fluoridated water that this is reason enough to bring it to San Jose.”

Those who would deceive you will forever leverage this psychology, while manufacturing a perceived public approval for their own agenda. On an individual level, media and establishment talking-heads work to make you feel marginalized and outnumbered by an overwhelming majority, when in fact those in opposition to a given matter are the majority. True common-ground with others is found by face-to-face communication and not adhering to political correctness as defined by the very ones working to enslave us. Don’t believe just anything you get from a lab-coat or otherwise official sounding figure, regardless of their indoctrination level.

Following up on yesterday’s articleWorld Bank Threatens “Drastic Steps Necessary” if Nations Refuse Population Reduction Implementation, recent reports by the World Bank suggest the “drastic steps” considered necessary are now being implemented.

World Bank “in-country units” will “strengthen” the institutions that distribute the Rockefeller-funded anti-fertility vaccines and GM Food.

According to two subsequent documents put out by the World Bank, new guidelines dictate that in order to qualify for World Bank lending, nations must implement population reduction objectives as outlined by the World Bank and UN Population Fund.

Already tested and implemented in Yemen and Niger, these new guidelines are destined for global implementation within the next decade, says the World Bank.

In the World Bank’s Reproductive Health Action Plan 2010-2015, published in April of this year, the Bank structurally speaks of Millennium Development Goals number 5 (or MDG5), which stands for “Reproductive Health” (or RH).

As we know, this is eugenics-new-speak for population control. As pro-death globalist professor John Cleland argued at a 2006 gathering in the company of like-minded individuals from the United Nations Population Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, the European Commission, the World Bank and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation:

“It does this cause no service at all to continue to shroud family planning in the obfuscating phrase “sexual and reproductive health”. People don’t really know what it means. If we mean family planning or contraception, we must say it. If we are worried about population growth, we must say it. We must use proper, straightforward language. I am fed up with the political correctness that daren’t say the name population stabilization, hardly dares to mention family planning or contraception out of fear that somebody is going to get offended. It is pathetic!”

The 2010 report put out by the World Bank however, chooses to use this deceptive phrase continually. And, from its dark point of view, it is right to do so- for the resistance against this 21st century eugenics grows steadily. The Bank, just like the UN, has no choice but to cloak itself in deceptive language so as not to raise too much suspicion as they move forward:

“(…) a renewed global consensus on the need to make progress on MDG5, together with greater attention to gender issues within and outside the Bank is refocusing attention on RH and offering an unprecedented opportunity to redress the neglect of the previous decade. Notable among these developments is that in 2007 the UN fully incorporated RH within the MDG framework.”

Apart from all the available evidence of a global push for population reduction, The term Global Consensus alone proves it:

“The Global Consensus”, says the report, “recognizes that MDGs 4 & 5 will not be reached without country leadership and the prioritization of reproductive, maternal, and newborn health at country level. The Global Consensus proposes a five point plan that includes: (i) political, operational, and community leadership and engagement; (ii) a package of evidence-based interventions through effective health systems along a continuum of good quality care, with a priority on quality care at birth; (iii) services for women and children free at the point of use if countries choose to provide them; (iv) skilled and motivated health workers in the right place at the right time, with supporting infrastructure, drugs, and equipment; and (v) accountability for results with robust monitoring and evaluation.”

AFP – At least nine bankers in western Switzerland have received booby-trapped parcels containing highly corrosive liquid, a Swiss newspaper reported on Friday.

Quoting sources in local police and justice, Tribune de Geneve said that eight parcels were sent to bankers in Geneva, and another one was sent to an address in neighbouring canton Vaud.

The first cases emerged late August, and at least four people, including a child, were injured when they opened the parcels, most of which were postmarked August 22.

Police have alerted banks and financial services firms in Geneva to the danger.

Police and the regional investigating magistrate would not comment when contacted by AFP.

The news is full of these stories which go underreported by the national media. A boy is walking along a highway, and concerned motorists call the police, afraid he may be struck by a car. When the police arrive on the scene, the boy has apparently fallen off an overpass and broken his back on the ground below. The injured boy was supposedly saying “kill cops”, and was “not complying”, so he needed “subdued”. 19 times, with 50,000 volts of electricity. Is it in any way conceivable that someone with a broken back, whether they’re shouting death threats or not, is an actual threat to your person? Are you afraid of being chased and shot by a boy, lying on the ground with a broken back? No, this was outright punishment before conviction, for something which isn’t even a crime. This is the police acting like judge, jury, and executioner. This is the federal funding and military training of your local police at work. This is why our predecessors enacted Posse Comitatus. These are “standing armies” quartered among us. Read the Declaration of Independence.

Tucumcari Police Chief Roger Hatcher has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation into last weeks Taser shooting of a teenage girl.

Hatcher said he shot two Taser darts at Kailee Martinez, 14, Thursday while responding to a domestic dispute between the girl and her mother. One hit her in the head and the other struck her back.

Martinez said she was released from Albuquerques University of New Mexico Hospital on Sunday following a two-hour surgery to remove one of the darts from her head.

The surgery left her with 18 staples and six stitches.

“I feel good being home,” Martinez said Tuesday. “It is a lot better than being in a hospital.”

Martinez mother, Stacy Akin, said she drove her daughter to police headquarters after they fought about a cell phone.

Hatcher said the girl walked away from the police station and when he talked with Akin she had a bloody lip and scratches from a fight.

Hatcher said he found the girl in a city park, but when he tried to talk to her she ran into traffic without looking.

Hatcher said he was unable to catch her and used the stun gun because he didnt know where she might go and he had to get her stopped.

“I was going to the park to clear my mind,” Martinez said. “I go there when I get angry. It is a place where I can calm down.”

Martinez said she saw Hatcher drive around the park and did not want to stay there and deal with him. She said she was walking west across Monroe Street when Hatcher got out of his vehicle and told her to stop.

“I remember him saying ‘stop, stop’ and then watching him pull it out (Taser),” Martinez said. “The next thing I remember was being in the ambulance, handcuffed.”

Akin said her family has hired an attorney but declined to discuss any legal actions the family may take.

Akin said they will return to Albuquerque in a week for a follow-up doctors appointment.

“To be honest, none of this should have ever happened,” Akin said.

The key is simply know who you are, stay in honour and stand your ground peacefully. I was in “court” because I parked mine or my wife’s conveyance on my Sovereign land (i.e.) lawn. No ticket, straight to a court summons issued on a fictitious entity. On and for the record this file was filled with goodies and they waited until the entire case docket was done before they called a name that sounded familiar as in an account that I am administer for. Unfortunately for the court, there were over 20 people there in support of me and most of them were Sovereigns as well…Included in the room were 3 other Peace Officers from WFS and myself, a sworn to the people Peace Officer and duly witnessed and Notarized as such….Hope this is helpful…Case dismissed with cause and prejudice, note the judge bowing before he abandoned the court. In America, now officially a police state, you will be tasered in your own home if you lip off to the police.

Senior citizen Peter McFarland of Marin County, California, discovered this after he fell down the stairs outside his home last year. On June 29, 2009, McFarland tumbled down the stairs and after his wife called paramedics the cops showed up. They entered McFarland’s home and tasered him because they claimed he was suicidal.

“We want to take you to the hospital for an evaluation, you said if you had a gun, you’d shoot yourself in the head,” a deputy can be heard saying on a video of the incident captured on a taser mounted camera. McFarland said the comment was hyperbole made because he was in pain.

“Stand up, put your hands behind your back or you’re going to be tased,” the deputy commanded. McFarland refused, told the police in no uncertain terms to get out of his house, so the cop tased him not once, but three times, as his wife looked on in horror and pleaded with the cops to stop because her husband has a heart condition.

McFarland’s lawyer, John Scott, said the cops did not have a search warrant or any reason to enter the McFarland residence. Scott told KGO-TV in San Francisco his client was arrested, jailed and charged with resisting arrest. A judge later dismissed the charge. McFarland has filed suit against the Marin County Sheriff’s Department.

Cops no longer need a search warrant in order to enter your home and torture you with a device akin to field telephone magnetos used on prisoners during the Vietnam War.
