you did a really good job standing up to them. I give you a lot of credit.
However, it is a high price to pay to make a stand that all of us know
will not be won unless we stand together. This is a travesty
of justice and I hope you get your car back.

Nice work Dave. These are criminal activities these tax collectors are engaged in, as you said. They recently confiscated, stole, my motor scooter, because I wouldn’t give them information as to who had been riding it. I told them they were trespassing and I don’t need to inform on anyone to them acting illegally. Needless to say they had no sense of humour. Same scam they run here in Aus, $918 and if it’s not claimed back and paid for they flog it off at dodgy bros. auctions and bill me for the difference. I’ve sent Affidavits to police minister, police commissioner and police minister. About to sent non response notices and default judgements. Has anyone had success at getting their property back?
